  • Dr. Eric Cupp - lead minister

    Eric came to this congregation during a time of stress and offered to help for six weeks. Six weeks has become seven years!  Eric is a firm believer in the Bible and believes every issue should drive us back to scripture.  Eric is part-time and has continued to work with at-risk children across Texas as well as doing staff development for teachers.  He consults for an adoption and foster care agency called CK Family Services and he does work with military couples and families.  He has two Bachelor Degrees, an M.S., an M.Div. and a D.Min in Family.  Eric is married to Melissa who is a physician’s assistant and he has 5 children.

  • ray fulenwider - associate minister

    Ray came to work with our congregation in 2015, bringing with him a wealth of experience. He has preached the gospel for 73 years, starting at age 12! He has served churches of all sizes throughout Texas, been a public school principal and coach, and taught at the university level. Ray received his Bachelors and Masters of Education degrees from Abilene Christian University and has done Doctorate work at Texas Tech University, from which he also received an Administration degree and counselor's license. He has four children and seven grandchildren.

  • Marti Butlar - church communications

    Marti has been an active member of this congregation since 1988. She produces the Sunday bulletin, a weekly update email to members, and "other duties as assigned." Prayer requests and other communication needs can be sent to her at the church email address. 

  • Tricia luedtke - bookkeeper

    Tricia has been a member of MCOC since she moved to Midlothian in 2007. She has been the bookkeeper for the church since 2010.

  • sharon wadsworth

    Sharon has been an active member of this congregation since moving to Midlothian in 1970. She retired from a 45 year insurance career in 2021, and volunteers in the church office on Thursdays during Sonshine Preschool. She also co-teaches the Ladies' Bible Class on Tuesday mornings.
